Company History

Mountain West began as Mountain West Construction in 1979. From these roofs we branched out into residential and commercial real estate sales in the 80's and real estate development in the 90's. Our focus and commitment to senior living began in 1995 with nine "turn-key" developments in Washington State. Today the Mountain West name represents a family of companies dedicated to the development and operation of only the highest quality senior living communities throughout the Western United States.

The mission of Mountain West Retirement Corporation is to provide superior health care and senior housing options at competitive prices. Currently, Mt. West manages 28 communities.

Mountain West has over 1000 employees and provides 2,318 apartments of quality senior housing.

Mountain West's plan is to continue to grow and provide quality housing and superior senior and health care services to seniors throughout Oregon, Washington and Idaho!
